We are a small family run company and we wish to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. Should you receive your item and are not fully satisfied, please let us know.

Please include a photograph if your item is damaged or not as you had expected.

All our items are produced especially for you and therefore are non-returnable, and non-refundable.

If we have made an error we will happily send out a replacement, but no refunds will be offered.

All return postage costs to us will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Engraving Information

We use the very latest computerised engraving machine which Guarantee's perfect clear engraving each and every time.

We will engrave this glass with any message, please remember the more text the smaller the font will be. We recommend a maximum of 5 lines of 20 characters per line maximum. This includes spaces, commas etc.

Please remember to double check your spelling, details and phone numbers before submitting them to us. 

We copy and paste engraving information to the machine as much as possible, so please only type your engraving information exactly how you would like it to be engraved.

If after you have submitted your engraving information to us, you notice an error, please Contact Us straight away to correct this before it is to late.

 Payment & Shipping

Payments must be made within 7 Days.

International buyers, please note paypal only.

We accept the following payment methods : PayPal, Postal Order and Cheque

If you are paying by cheque you will need to wait for it to clear before your item is dispatched.

Please also remember if paying by cheque or postal order to include your name, return address and information to be engraved on the item with your payment.

Your item will be sent via Royal Mail first class small parcel, which will not fit through the letterbox. If there is no answer the parcel may be left with a neighbour, or taken to your local post office for collection.

 Returns and Contact

Personalised glasses cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the item, or we have engraved incorrectly to your engraving instructions.

We are here to assist you if you have any questions about a product you wish to purchase, or have purchased. 

Due to the nature of the manufacture/engraving of glassware, slight variations and tiny imperfections are the mark of an artisan and testament to individual pieces.

Photographs are a close representation only. Glasses are engraved and transparent.
